LE SOSTE 2022 marks an important milestone according to multiple aspects: the 40th anniversary of the Association which presents the panorama of excellent food and wine in its constant evolution; the rebirth of the dining room and kitchen after two years of pandemic that prevented the release of the volume 2021; the new number of participating restaurants, 102, which together constitutes the value of hospitality and that unique experience of conviviality, sought after and appreciated by every guest.
The volume and the group narrate the "human, professional and ethical potential" of different realities united by the love for "good food", respect for nature and the constant search for balance between tradition and innovation.
Le Soste members are thus characterized by the meticulous selection of raw materials, by the combinations of fine wines and by the attention dedicated to each of their visitors. A renewed journey, today more than ever, which celebrates a past of successes and which is projected into a future to be discovered. Le Soste 2022 thus celebrates its 40th anniversary and we as ROYALE, an historical partners of this "unique" reality are proud to "be part of it".
